Do I need to purchase photos to visit Santa?

Yes.  In the interest of health and safety, we are requiring all visits to the Cabin Experience to have a Base Package Purchase which includes the experience within Santa’s Cabin and your time with Santa

I don’t have any pets, can I bring my family if I don’t have a pet?

Absolutely!  The intent is to have a place for pets and their families to visit with Santa and have their photos taken; however, we recognize that families may be uncomfortable visiting us at West Acres and this would be a perfect alternative.

What is price of photos?

The Base Package is $78.99 and includes a large package of photos and social media files from your entire visit.  Additional photo prices start at $10.99 for a single 4 x 6 or four small wallets.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes.  Click on the button on this page to select your purchase and your time to visit Santa.

December 7 – 10 (4 pm – 8 pm)
December 14 – 17(4 pm – 8 pm) 

Additional days and hours will be added based upon demand.

Are you able to make same day appointments?

Same day appointments are based on availability. It is best to schedule your appointment well in advance to guarantee your desired day and time.

What if a member of my family is sick?

If any member of your family has any symptoms, you may reschedule up until the day of your appointment. If you are unable to re-schedule, a full refund will be issued.

Am I able to book an appointment with my extended familiy?

In order to keep visits under 10 minutes, each nuclear family (parents and their immediate children) will need their own appointment.

Am I able to take my own photos?

The Cabin Experience has multiple photo opportunities established where you can snap photos during your experience. You are welcome to take snapshots during your visit with Santa; however, posed photos (ie…look over here!) will not be allowed to insure a speedy and safe experience.

How Do I Get to the Cabin?

The Cabin Experience is located at 541 15th Street North in Fargo, ND.  We recommend entering from 7th Avenue North and 15th Street N, travelling south and following the Santa Magic themed signs.

Once you arrive, please park outside and call 701-630-0176 to check in.  When staff and Santa are ready for you, we will get you from your car and escort you into the first stage of your experience.

Do I HAVE to take photos in the White Studio?

No, the white studio is avialble for families who wish to have a non-santa photo included in their package.

 

I have a medical condition where I cannot wear a mask, can I still visit Santa?

Unfortunately, the answer is no.  In order to maintain the safety of all guests, Santa and our staff, properly worn masks are required. If you are unable to wear a mask, we ask that you do not schedule a visit.

Refusing to wear a mask will result in a forfeiture of your photo purchase.

In order to maintain a safe and healthy environment for Santa and our guests, masks will be REQUIRED by all in attendance. Masks may be removed only while taking photos and then worn while visiting Santa.

If you are unable to attend wearing a mask, we ask that you not make a reservation.
Refusal to wear a mask during the Cabin Experience will result in loss of all fees.

Appointments will be taken every 10 minutes on limited days and expanded as times are sold out.
